2、 Emergency cleaning capacity and service area of ship pollution removal unit
         According to the requirements of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of marine environmental pollution from ships and the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the management of emergency preparedness and emergency disposal of marine environmental pollution from ships, Tangshan Fengyuan Ocean Anti-Pollution Co.,Ltd. is equipped with corresponding oil spill emergency equipment, materials and ships; As an oil spill emergency service unit, it regularly maintains the oil spill emergency equipment to ensure that the emergency equipment is in good condition.

At 07:50 on April 1, 2019, ship H (5000 DWT bulk dangerous chemical carrier) carrying 2000 tons of p-xylene and ship o (300000 DWT oil tanker carrying 150000 tons of Middle East crude oil) collided on the main channel of port x, resulting in explosion and fire of goods carried by ship h, serious burns of two crew members, damage of fuel tank of ship h, fuel leakage and loss of control of main engine. At the same time, the hull of No.5 port cargo hold and A port fuel tank was damaged and some crude oil and fuel oil leaked.

Scene 2:

At 03:00 on November 22, 2014, an oil tanker B of company a carrying 150000 tons of Arabian light crude oil was berthing at the crude oil terminal of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shandong Province. Due to the captain's misoperation, the ship collided with the terminal, resulting in a damaged port side cabin and oil spill, The captain immediately reported to Qingdao search and rescue center and organized to take measures to transfer the damaged oil tanks to other compartments.

At 04:00, the oil tanker approached another nearby berth and planned to unload the crude oil to the onshore oil tank. During the unloading period, a section of onshore oil pipeline (owned by C oil company) between the oil tank and the wharf leaked, resulting in another oil spill, and part of the oil spilled into the sea along the rain water pipe network. Oil tankers and terminals stop unloading operations.
3、 Report on participating in emergency disposal of ship pollution accidents:

On October 24, 2009, Tangshan Fengyuan Ocean Anti-Pollution Co.,Ltd. was recognized by Caofeidian maritime Office of Tangshan for its outstanding contribution to the emergency treatment of Belgian "loulandefanrong" round oil spill.

Since the assessment of the emergency cleaning capacity of ship pollution removal unit in 2011, Tangshan Fengyuan Ocean Anti-Pollution Co.,Ltd. has continuously improved its comprehensive capability of emergency rescue for oil spill, In July, 2016, as one of the participants in the 61 round of self sinking accident in Guangdong an transportation in Caofeidian port area, it was praised by the Emergency Command Office of ship pollution accident in Caofeidian port area of Tangshan.
